It is my great pleasure to write to you regarding an experience that Brad and I incurred in working with Bob Salvo in purchasing our new house in Winchester. From the first moment we contacted Bob until the closing today, he truly represented the best qualities a Professional (with a capital "P"!) in his field. Always punctual, true to his word, exceptionally accommodating and informative, Bob changed our perception of a real estate broker. We could not cease to be amazed practically every time after talking to him - he was not pushy or overwhelmingly opinionated, and we felt that he respected our space and our choices. When asked questions, however, he was the most helpful in providing us with any information he could get for us.
Bob solely made this whole experience - quite significant - most pleasant and easy. On a heart beat, we would recommend Bob to our friends and colleagues because we would want them to know what working with a real Pro means. We got lucky when we found Bob, and we want our family, friends and colleagues to feel lucky as well. In our opinion, Bob is a fantastic part of the Leading Edge and, because of him, we now have a very high opinion of Leading Edge too.
